This agreement covers the rights and obligations of the parties for the service the Buyer ordered electronically on dasexperiences.com, described above, under the Turkish Consumer Protection Law and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The Buyer confirms having read the Pre-Information Form before accepting this agreement.

Bu sözleşme, Alıcı'nın dasexperiences.com üzerinden elektronik ortamda sipariş verdiği, yukarıda nitelikleri belirtilen hizmete ilişkin tarafların hak ve yükümlülüklerini, Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun ve Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği hükümleri uyarınca düzenler. Alıcı, sözleşmeyi kabul etmeden önce Ön Bilgilendirme Formu'nu okuduğunu teyit eder.

Nature of the serviceHizmetin niteliği

The service is an in-person experience in Istanbul — the experience named in the order, hosted for a small group by the named host or master. It is not a physical product and nothing is shipped. Each seat admits one guest. Where a masterclass date has not yet been announced, the order reserves the seats and the Buyer chooses among the dates offered once the doors open.

Hizmet, İstanbul'da yüz yüze sunulan, siparişte adı geçen deneyimdir; adı geçen ev sahibi veya usta eşliğinde küçük grupla verilir. Fiziksel bir ürün değildir; kargo gönderimi yoktur. Her koltuk bir misafir içindir. Masterclass tarihi henüz açıklanmamışsa sipariş koltukları ayırır; kapılar açıldığında Alıcı sunulan tarihlerden birini seçer.

Price and paymentFiyat ve ödeme

Prices are per guest, quoted net of VAT, and are shown in the order summary before payment. Turkish VAT at 20% is added to the net amount at checkout and shown as its own line, in the currency the card is charged in. The total shown in the summary, VAT included, in the currency stated there (euro or Turkish lira), is the price of this agreement and the amount charged to the card. Where a price shown in euro is charged in Turkish lira, the lira amount is calculated at that day's exchange rate and shown before payment. A valid member or discount code is applied as shown in the summary. Payment is taken online by credit or debit card through a licensed payment institution over an encrypted connection; card details are never stored by the Seller. No delivery or other additional fees apply.

Fiyatlar kişi başıdır, KDV hariç belirtilir ve ödeme öncesinde sipariş özetinde gösterilir. Net tutara ödeme adımında %20 KDV eklenir ve kartın çekileceği para biriminde ayrı bir satır olarak gösterilir. Özette belirtilen para birimiyle (euro veya Türk lirası) gösterilen KDV dahil toplam tutar bu sözleşmenin bedelidir ve karttan tahsil edilen tutardır. Euro gösterilen bir fiyatın Türk lirası olarak tahsil edildiği durumda TL tutarı o günün kuruyla hesaplanır ve ödeme öncesinde gösterilir. Geçerli üye veya indirim kodu özette gösterildiği şekilde uygulanır. Ödeme, lisanslı ödeme kuruluşu aracılığıyla şifreli bağlantı üzerinden kredi veya banka kartıyla alınır; kart bilgileri Satıcı tarafından saklanmaz. Teslimat veya başka ek ücret yoktur.

Performance: when and howİfa süresi ve şekli

The booking confirmation is sent to the Buyer's email and/or WhatsApp within 24 hours of payment. A session booked for a specific date is delivered in person, in Istanbul, on that date; the meeting point and time are confirmed in the same message. For a masterclass whose dates are not yet announced, the Seller writes to the Buyer with the available dates when the doors open; the Buyer confirms a date and the masterclass is delivered on it. Rescheduling for weather or safety is always free.

Rezervasyon onayı, ödemeden sonra en geç 24 saat içinde Alıcı'nın e-posta ve/veya WhatsApp adresine iletilir. Belirli bir tarih için alınan seans o tarihte İstanbul'da bizzat sunulur; buluşma noktası ve saat aynı mesajla teyit edilir. Tarihi henüz açıklanmamış bir masterclass için Satıcı, kapılar açıldığında uygun tarihleri Alıcı'ya bildirir; Alıcı bir tarihi onaylar ve masterclass o tarihte sunulur. Hava veya güvenlik nedeniyle erteleme her zaman ücretsizdir.

Right of withdrawal and cancellationCayma hakkı ve iptal

The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of accepting it, without giving a reason, by writing to hello@dasexperiences.com or on WhatsApp (+90 532 332 82 09). For a masterclass seat without a confirmed date the Seller grants a broader term: it may be cancelled at any time until the doors open, for a full refund.

Under the exceptions listed in the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services that must be performed on a specific date. Accordingly, for a session booked on a specific date — and for a masterclass seat once the Buyer has confirmed its date — the cancellation rules in our Cancellation & Refund terms apply: more than 24 hours before the session, full refund; between 24 and 12 hours, 50%; within 12 hours or no-show, no refund. If the Seller cancels a session, the Buyer chooses between a full refund and a free new date. Refunds return the exact amount charged, in the currency it was charged in, to the original card, initiated within 3 business days of approval.

Alıcı, sözleşmeyi kabul ettiği tarihten itibaren 14 gün içinde hiçbir gerekçe göstermeksizin hello@dasexperiences.com adresine yazarak veya WhatsApp (+90 532 332 82 09) üzerinden cayma hakkını kullanabilir. Tarihi henüz onaylanmamış bir masterclass koltuğu için Satıcı daha geniş bir hak tanır: koltuk, kapılar açılana kadar dilendiği zaman iptal edilerek ücretin tamamı iade alınabilir.

Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği'nde sayılan istisnalar uyarınca, belirli bir tarihte ifa edilmesi gereken boş zaman değerlendirme hizmetlerinde cayma hakkı kullanılamaz. Buna göre belirli bir tarih için alınan seanslarda ve tarihi Alıcı tarafından onaylanmış masterclass koltuklarında İptal ve İade Koşulları'ndaki kurallar geçerlidir: seanstan 24 saatten önce tam iade; 24 ile 12 saat arasında %50 iade; son 12 saat içinde iptal veya gelmeme halinde iade yapılmaz. Seansı Satıcı iptal ederse Alıcı tam iade veya ücretsiz yeni tarih seçeneklerinden birini seçer. İade, tahsil edilen tutarın aynısı olarak ve tahsil edildiği para biriminde, ödemenin yapıldığı karta, onaydan itibaren en geç 3 iş günü içinde başlatılır.

DisputesUyuşmazlıkların çözümü

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at the Buyer's or the Seller's place of residence, within the monetary limits set each year by the Ministry of Trade. Turkish law applies.

Bu sözleşmeden doğan uyuşmazlıklarda Alıcı, Ticaret Bakanlığı'nca her yıl belirlenen parasal sınırlar dahilinde, kendi yerleşim yerindeki veya Satıcı'nın yerleşim yerindeki Tüketici Hakem Heyeti'ne ya da Tüketici Mahkemesi'ne başvurabilir. Türk hukuku uygulanır.

EffectYürürlük

This agreement enters into force when the Buyer ticks the acceptance box at checkout and the payment is completed. The Buyer receives a copy by email together with the booking confirmation.

Bu sözleşme, Alıcı'nın ödeme adımındaki onay kutusunu işaretlemesi ve ödemenin tamamlanmasıyla yürürlüğe girer. Sözleşmenin bir örneği rezervasyon onayıyla birlikte Alıcı'ya e-posta ile iletilir.
